Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your order.

If however you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of your order date provided you send us a written notice along with your order number and/or proof of purchase.

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit only if the item/s are returned to us within 14 days from delivery, this resolution applies:

  1. On receipt of your notice of order cancellation or exchange, one of our customer care team will be in touch to confirm the return and refund amount/item exchange.
  1. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are liable for the goods until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure trackable shipper and that you retain proof of postage.
  1. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels intact and still attached to the item.

Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
